Format & Fee Ranges
All fees are quoted in GBP (£) and apply to live or virtual delivery. Travel, accommodation, and per diem expenses are billed separately where applicable.

Location-Based Adjustments

UK: Standard day rate applies for all UK mainland bookings.

Europe: A moderate uplift reflects travel time, partial calendar blackout, and associated delivery disruption.

Worldwide: Rates include a full-day blackout premium to cover extended travel, timezone impact, and the opportunity cost of additional engagements during that period.
Note: For all in-person events, travel, hotel, and reasonable per diem costs are billed in line with standard industry expectations.

Where a proposed speaker budget does not align with Mark's standard fee structure, a value-in-kind (VIK) exchange may be considered to help bridge the gap - provided it offers tangible, strategic value to both parties.
This isn’t a fee reduction - it’s an opportunity to maintain professional value through meaningful exchange.
